We are delighted to announce that Jannat Maqbool has joined AURIN as our new Business Development Manager. With many years of experience spanning technology adoption, smart cities, and artificial intelligence, Jannat brings a wealth of knowledge to our organisation.
Jannat has led significant initiatives in financial services, and smart city development across Australia and New Zealand. Her extensive background in fostering strategic relationships and driving innovation aligns perfectly with AURIN’s mission to support real world impact on urban, regional and infrastructure initiatives utilising digital and data capabilities.
In her role as Business Development Manager, Jannat will leverage her unique blend of skills to expand AURIN’s partnerships and identify new opportunities AURIN and its partners. Her passion to make impact with data, responsible technology adoption and inclusive innovation will be instrumental in advancing our impact across various sectors.
My career has largely been about data-driven innovation, exploring how better use of data can spark new ideas, improve decisions, and create real impact. I have witnessed though that too often access is hard, the data itself is hard to get or doesn’t even exist yet, and people don’t feel equipped to connect or “talk to” it in ways that unlocks its true value.
